QUINN KNIVES LLC SHIPPING AND RETURNS POLICIES
Quinn Knives LLC is a small business in a rural mountain town. While we will always strive to get your order out as quickly as possible, we adhere to a specific shipping timetable detailed below.
All orders will ship within 1-3 business days of your order being placed on the respective Tuesday or Thursday following our processing period. We ship all orders via USPS Ground, unless otherwise specified upon checkout. A confirmation and tracking number will be emailed to you when your product ships to the address listed on the order
If your order is lost en route, please let us know at [email protected] and we’ll check the tracking information, and determine if our carrier needs to be involved. If your order is shown as Delivered, it is your responsibility to contact the carrier. We do not refund or replace any items listed as Delivered to the provided address.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
We do not currently ship internationally, nor offer in-store pickup.
ORDER RETURNS AND REFUNDS
If not satisfied with your purchase, you have three (3) days upon delivery of your item to return for a full refund, minus any initial shipping and/or processing charges (ie: credit card, Venmo, etc). To return a product, please email [email protected] to be assigned a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. The return item must be unused and in the original packaging, in the same condition as sold, and included all accessories, manuals, documentation, and registration shipped with the original product. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee and you are responsible for return shipping charges.
If a return is made without an RMA, or in any condition other than new, an additional 10% fee will be applied. Only items purchased via QuinnKnives.com are eligible for the RMA process. Products purchased at our Julian CA retail location must be returned at Quinn Knives, Julian CA.
Once your return is received and reviewed, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and either approved or rejected your return. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically apply to your payment method on file within 30 days. If after 30 days you still have not been credited your refund, please check with your credit card provider first to confirm it is still missing and then contact us at [email protected] so we can look into the matter.
In the case of Quinn Knives shipping you the incorrect item, please contact us within seven (7) days of receiving the incorrect item at [email protected] for next steps.
Exchanges are available of your item with no restocking fee if exchanged for another item of equal or greater value. Please contact [email protected] to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within three (3) days of receiving your initial product. Shipping charges do apply.
Orders that are canceled within 24 hours of purchase will be issued a full refund minus a 5% service charge covering our non-refundable credit card processing charges. Any order canceled after 24 hours of purchase, and falls within our estimated shipping time, will be subject to a 10% cancellation fee.
DEFECT OR WARRANTY ITEMS
Quinn Knives is not responsible for managing defect or warranty items. Purchaser must contact the knife manufacturer directly for their warranty policy and process. Please see any manufacturer paperwork included with your purchase, or our Warranty and Sharpening page, for more information on how to contact manufacturers directly.
It is the responsibility of the purchaser to know, understand, and obey all applicable local, state, and federal laws regarding the possession and/or use of any item purchased from Quinn Knives LLC. By placing an order, the purchaser acknowledges they are of legal age, and that the purchased items will be used in a lawful manner. Quinn Knives LLC does not assume any responsibility for any harm or injury resulting from the sale, trade, or handling of any item purchased.
